Some Recent Clinic Comments
"Your warmth, sincerity, and commitment
to Natural Horse Care is contagious. I feel you pushed me over
the threshold I have been teetering on for so long. I have been
drawn to it for years but never knew who to consult with or where
to find contacts. Thanks for taking the time and lighting the bay!"

I just had to contact you to say what a fantastic site you have. It is
probably the best horse one I have looked at and believe me I have looked
at lots!! I too am a Parelli enthusiast and do everything naturally - barefoot,
no rugs, no stables etc
The info on your site is so wide ranging, I am gradually working through
all the interviews. Keep up the great work as there are alot of horses
who will owe you alot!! I tell all my friends about your site!!
Regards, jane
Lisa,
The more I read your words and the more I listen to your show the more impressed
I am with your ideas and principles surrounding horse care. Please forgive me
if it seems presumptuous, but would you look at our website: forloveofthehorse.com
for consideration as part of your links page. We are truly quite unique within
a growing arena of herbal horse care.
Thank you for your consideration and your fine work

Congratulations on your new venture! Your online store is just
what the Natural Horse world needs. I find it very confusing to read
through catalogs and often end up not ordering anything. I am looking
forward to your books and information that will help me to educate myself
on Natural products for my horses.
You are like a lifeline to many of us out here. Thanks for sharing
your knowledge in so many ways.

Hello Lisa. From my perspective your Katy Watts interview is the
most significant and important piece of horse related information to
become available in recent times. In my natural hoof care practice,
diet concerns play a role bigger than that of the actual trimming of the
hooves. As you know, if the diet is not right for a particular horse
then it does not matter how good of a trim job I do as I will not be
able to produce healthy and sound hooves let alone heal laminitis,
founder and other hoof abnormalities. You have given me a great tool to
use in reinforcing my diet concerns with my clients.
Thanks,
Kirt Lander, Natural Hoof Care Provider
Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for that wonderful interview. You are really
a
pleasure to work with and I so appreciate the message you are getting
across.
I've been working on the AVMA issue for the past 7 months and we're about
to
sign an agreement with a Washington Lobby firm to take on the issue. We're
planning a website : Freedom of Choice for Animal Care so people can be
appraised of the current situation and send money to the Coalition for
Natural Health who has agreed to handle this.
I checked out your website and its great. Lets stay in touch on the AVMA
issue. Blessings for your work.

-"I have just stumbled onto your site (via
Upcoming Events in the July Az Horse Connection), and am very glad
I did. It sounds like you and
your
colleagues have some intelligent things to share, and some philosophies
long overdue in the mainstream.
However, my concern today is the proposed legislation
(Revised Model Veterinary Practice Act) you mentioned. I am very much
in the dark about this, and
I realize that last March was a deadline for input or opposition … but
I would like to learn more. Your letter to the AVMA was excellently written,
and offered me a tiny glimpse into the apparent arrogance and revenue-seeking
of the AVMA concerning the vast areas of health care they are not trained,
or even willing, to administer.
Where can I read the entire text, and find out
status and updates? I thank you for any help you can offer me, and
especially I thank you for your
attention to what would be a travesty of health care, of
liberties, of very intelligence on the part of the AVMA. "

-"Lisa is way ahead when it comes to natural
care. Actually, what she is doing is awesome. She has accepted the
responsibility to help educate
about what is truly best and I want to thank her for it." Dr.

-"Lisa has been a tremendous source of
support and information for me throughout my journey into Natural Horsemanship
and Horsekeeping.
The show has been instrumental in introducing me to many new ideas, always
with the benefit of the horse in mind. Lisa has made me aware of many things
that my veterinarian and farrier have not and since following this natural
advise, I am finding myself with happier and healthier horses." Robyn
in Arizona.
-"I think your show is a terrific idea.
Thank you for trying to educate as many as possible. Let me know if
your live show expands to Virginia."

Hi Lisa,
I am from New Zealand and often tune into your pre-recorded shows. I find
them really fantastic and real informative. I enjoyed the interview with
Buck Brannaman and had tears when you were both talking about the experience
he had with the Arabian.
Another thing of interest to me is the barefoot trimming. I have been doing
barefoot trimming for about 6 months now and are finding it fantastic. Unfortunately
been so far away from the States we do not have the access to clinicians
like you do over there. I was wondering if anyone like Jamie Jackson or
Majorie Smith or similar would ever consider coming here to New Zealand,
as only so far have we had Strasser and Sabine Kells etc. We have had one
guy from Australia, Paul Chapman, but we would love to learn more, we read
and are also studying over the internet. What are our chances?
Thank you so much for your time and look forward to hearing from you, By
the way great shows!!

Lisa,
I heard about your show from a friend (Mary Ann Kennedy) and I love
it. It's so great to know this type of information is getting disseminated
over
the airwaves -- it can help so many more horses and their "guardians" that
way.
I've been listening to your archived shows and recall your mentioning something
about a product that is working very well to cut down on the fly problem
with your horses. Could you tell what that product is so I can check it
out? I can't recall the name of it.
Also, would love to hear on your show an interview with Mark Rashid about
his concept of "passive leadership."
Thanks so much.

Hi Lisa,
I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy listening to your radio show archives.
I live just outside Vancouver, B.C. Canada and promote natural horsecare
as much as I can.
Barefooted horses are not common here- as the wet climate makes it a challenge,
but we are giving it our all!
I completely relate to all your efforts and hope that there will be more
wide acceptance of the natural horse concepts in Canada soon.
Perhaps I could link your site up to my webpage?
Keep it up!
Regards,
Dana Altomonte
A tremendous service to the industry. Insightful. Well planned and articulate..
The If Your Horse Could Talk show is the best single voice for the natural
horseman. Lisa Ross-Williams brings a new standard in excellence to the
equine industry. With the power of today's internet, no one should miss
listening to this valuable resource.
